Operating from our R&D and engineering facility at 10 Vantage Point Drive only a few minutes from Rochester International Airport, we offer some unique surface engineering capabilities, technology and expertise to our clients.

• Our cylindrical magnetron technology produces dense and highly uniform plasmas that surround complex, 3-D biomedical products and devices and modify their surfaces. We have a variety of these cathodes in operation in our facility.
• Our lab also includes sophisticated capabilities such as optical emission monitoring and process control ... Langmuir probe plasma diagnostics ... and a variety of plasma-generating techniques.
• In addition, our technical team has more than 50 years of combined experience in surface engineering and state-of-the-art vacuum coating processes. We also hold more than two dozen U.S. patents with several other patent applications currently under review.
